How to calculate ASCP ---> Fore cast ---> 100 --> planned order ---> ? ---> planned order Demand-->? ---> Sales order -->25 ---> on hand -->25 ---> open work order -->10 ---> safety Stock --> 5 pls give the calculation

You have not mentioned the lead time, time bucket & demand time fence. So lets assume all the data are for active bucket ---> Fore cast ---> 100 --> planned order ---> ? ---> planned order Demand-->? ---> Sales order -->25 ---> on hand -->25 ---> open work order -->10 ---> safety Stock --> 5 planned order Demand = 25 if its with in demand time fence = 100 if its out side demand time fence Total on hand = 10 + 25 = 35 So if its with in DTF then planned order = 0 as 5 + 25 < 35 In fact you 'll get reschdule out exception message if its out side DTF then planned order = 100 + 5 - 35 = 70
